John H. Vetter 3rd also know as JohnnyV Realtor is a dedicated real estate repersenetive
with 37 years of experience in the construction field. He is a loving husband of 27 years
and a proud father of a son who has built a career in the music industry. John was born
and raised in Patchogue and has lived in the same neighborhood for 50 years and
raised his own family in the same home he grew up in.
In addition to his professional achievements, John has served as a Cub Scout den
leader and Boy Scout pack leader and worked with special needs children and possesses extensive knowledge of residential construction. Known as a problem solver with the ability to think outside the box, John approaches challenges with creativity and
innovation.
John is committed to providing a real estate experience that goes beyond the ordinary,

John has a passion for science fiction, with Star Trek being his favorite, and enjoys reading, particularly Dune by Frank Herbert. He also expresses his artistic side through
pencil drawing and model building. He also enjoys collecting comic books.
After taking classes in Air Force Jr ROTC he graduating from Patchogue Medford School District in 1987 with a Regents diploma, John earned an AutoCAD certificate
from Long Island Drafting Institute.Today, he is focused on helping any and all to find their dream homes. The proudest moments in his life were marrying his beloved wife, the birth of his son and becoming a real estate agent. One of his driving motivations is fulfilling the last promise he made to his late father is to become a successful real estate salesperson.
In the coming years John plans to purchase a small ranch to rescue farm animals and his favorite animal cats. Currently John has two cats one he raised from a kitten and a rescue.
John believes that ?the prejudices people feel about each other disappear when they
